Thomas E. Littler

Tom graduated from the business college at Arizona State University (Magna Cum Laude) and the ASU Law School. Tom was a partner at Treon, Warnicke and Roush and at Littler and Miller before forming Warnicke and Littler. Tom has represented numerous businesses in litigation and complex Chapter 11 cases and was the attorney for the Examiner in the American Continental bankruptcy.

Tom litigates business, construction, and real estate cases in the U.S. District, Bankruptcy and Superior Courts to judges and juries and to arbitration panels on a regular basis. He has prepared and tried several cases to courts and juries in State courts, Federal District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts. Tom has argued appeals to the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Tom is a graduate of Arizona College of Trial Advocacy and the Masters of the Courtroom seminar, a lecturer at bankruptcy seminars, and was an editor of The Bankruptcy Buzzline published by the Arizona State Bar. Tom also serves as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Maricopa County Superior Court, acting as a judge in settlement conferences and in jury trials. Tom is listed in the International Who's Who of Professionals.

Tom is the firm's principal trial attorney and carries the responsibility for depositions, motions and trial preparation, bankruptcy hearings, trials and appeals and supervision of the firms' associates.
